These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by the White Mountain Board of REALTORS® ("WMBR," "we," "us," or "our") at whitemountainboard.com and the services we provide through it. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the Site
You may use the site for lawful, personal, and professional purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to member accounts, administrative areas, or any systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, servers, or networks, including by transmitting malware or viruses
- Scrape, harvest, or compile contact information from the directories for marketing or solicitation without permission

Membership and Accounts
Membership in WMBR is offered to qualified real estate professionals and affiliate businesses. Membership, dues, and member conduct are governed by our bylaws, policies, and the NAR Code of Ethics, which take precedence over these Terms for membership matters. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Payments and Refunds
Dues, application fees, event fees, and sponsor payments are processed by our payment processors. Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in the applicable event policy or where required by law. Refund requests may be directed to info@whitemountainboard.com.
Intellectual Property
The WMBR name, logo, and website content (text, photos, graphics, and code) are owned by WMBR or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The marks REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and the Block R logo are federally registered trademarks owned by the National Association of REALTORS® and may be used only by current NAR members in good standing, in accordance with NAR's rules.
Except for personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of links to our pages, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written permission.
Links to Other Websites
Our site may link to third-party websites (including member and town websites, NAR, NHAR, partners, and payment processors) as a convenience. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting them is at your own risk.
Directories and Submitted Content
Information appearing in our member and affiliate directories is provided by members and may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep the directories current but do not warrant that entries are complete or accurate. If you believe information about you is inaccurate, please contact us.

Governing Law

Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Carroll County, New Hampshire, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
