1. Event Registration
Register yourself for any upcoming WMBR event directly from the portal.
Step by step
- Choose an event from the Calendar. Each event card shows the date, time, location, sponsors, and price.
- Click Register on the event you want to attend.
- Some events include optional add-ons:
- Class enrollment — Realtors can add a CE class for an extra fee.
- Raffle tickets — pick a tier or enter a donation amount.
- Custom field — dietary preferences, T-shirt size, etc.
- Choose a payment method:
- Pay now by card — secure Stripe checkout, instant email receipt.
- Email invoice — Stripe sends an invoice you can pay any time.
- Review the summary and click Confirm.
Already registered?
The detail page shows your existing registration with a Cancel registration button. Cancelling refunds card payments automatically and voids unpaid invoices.
2. Event Check-In
At the door, check yourself in to confirm attendance.
- Open the check-in page — usually shared via QR code at the event.
- Find your name in the list and tap Check In.
- You're done. A confirmation appears.
3. Event Sponsorship
Affiliate members can sponsor events on behalf of their company.
- Go to the event detail page and click Sponsor this event.
- Pick a sponsorship level — each event defines its own tiers.
- Add comments (optional) — special requests, logo file notes, etc.
- Submit and you'll receive an invoice by email.
4. Event Calendar
The Calendar shows every upcoming WMBR event. Each card includes date, time, location, sponsors, and the event price. You can also filter by event type (Class, Social, Fundraiser, etc.) and search by keyword.
Affiliate-only events are filtered onto a separate calendar to keep the main one tidy. Both are accessible from the Member Dashboard.
5. Broker Tours
Broker Tours are caravan-style property tours — members visit a sequence of listings on the same morning. Anyone signed in can:
- Browse upcoming tours with date, area, and stop count.
- Register to attend — you'll get a tour-day email with the route map and stop details.
- Add a listing — put one of your own properties on a tour with photos and a PDF packet.
- Submit feedback as you tour each property (curb appeal, exterior, interior, pricing, suggested price).
Organizers (the members running the tour) get an additional Organize button on the detail page to set ETAs, reorder stops, manage parking notes, and publish the route map.
6. Board & General Meetings
Two dedicated pages list every Board Meeting and every General Meeting.
- Date, time, and location for every past and upcoming meeting
- Agenda PDF when published in advance
- Minutes PDF uploaded after the meeting concludes
7. Committees
Active members can browse Committees, see the chair and member roster, and join any committee they're eligible for. Each committee page has:
- The chair list and full member roster
- Documents the chair has uploaded (meeting minutes, working drafts, etc.)
- Active availability polls — pick the hour blocks you can make for the next meeting
Chairs see additional management tools: add or remove members, toggle chair status, upload documents, send the committee email, and set up new availability polls.
8. Becoming a Member
WMBR offers two membership tracks: Realtor and Affiliate. Both have public application forms.
Realtor Application
- Open the Realtor Application from the home page or footer.
- Fill in personal info, license details, and your NAR ID if you have one.
- Choose your NHAR / NAR membership options. These trigger compliance task tracking after approval.
- Upload a signed PDF of your application (Code of Ethics agreement, etc.).
- Pick the application fees that apply to you.
- Submit. Your application enters the board approval queue.
Affiliate Application
- Open the Affiliate Application.
- Enter your company information and select a business category.
- Add up to several member contacts at your company.
- Upload your signed PDF and pick your fees.
- Submit. Same email confirmation and board approval workflow.
What happens next
Your application is reviewed by the WMBR board, which votes by email. Once you have enough votes you'll receive a welcome email confirming your membership and an invoice for any fees due.
9. Board of Directors
The Board of Directors page lists every current board member with a photo, name, and title. Photos are updated by the WMBR office — send a new headshot if yours needs updating.
10. Newsletters
The Newsletters page archives every WMBR newsletter sent through Mailchimp. Click any newsletter to read it in full. Newsletters appear automatically once they're sent — no manual upload needed by the office.
11. Member Directories
WMBR maintains two public directories:
Affiliate Directory
Affiliates lists all Affiliate companies grouped by business category (Title Company, Lender, Inspector, etc.). Each entry shows company name, contact person, phone, email, and website.
Realtor Directory
Realtors lists all Realtor members grouped by office. Each office shows the company name, address, and phone, followed by member contact details. Designated Realtors are marked with a DR badge.
12. Payments & Invoices
Card payments
When you choose Pay now by card, you're redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. WMBR never sees or stores your card number. After payment, a receipt is emailed to you immediately.
Invoices
When you choose Email invoice, a Stripe invoice is sent to the email on your member record. The invoice includes a link to pay online by card at any time. You can also forward the invoice to someone else for payment.
Application fees
New member application fees are processed the same way — via Stripe checkout or invoice — based on what you select on the application form.
Refunds & cancellations
Cancelling a registration on the event detail page automatically refunds card payments and voids unpaid invoices. For application or sponsorship refunds, contact the WMBR office directly.
13. Frequently Asked Questions
I don't see my name in the registration dropdown.
The list is filtered by member type based on the event's audience. If you're a Realtor and the event is Affiliates-only (or vice versa), you won't appear. If you should be eligible, contact the WMBR office to verify your membership record.
Can I register someone else?
Each member registers individually using their own account. If you need to register on behalf of someone, contact the WMBR office.
I selected "Email invoice" but haven't received it.
Check your spam/junk folder — invoices come from Stripe. If it's still missing, contact the WMBR office to resend or verify your email on file.
Can I change my registration after submitting?
You can cancel your registration directly from the event detail page; it refunds card payments and voids unpaid invoices automatically. For other modifications, contact the WMBR office.
I'm an affiliate — why can't I register for some events?
Some events are restricted to Realtors only (typically continuing-education classes). Check the event description on the calendar for audience details.
How do I update my directory listing?
Use Update My Info from the Member Dashboard, or contact the WMBR office. Changes update the public directories automatically.
How long does the membership application take?
Typically one to two weeks, depending on the board's review schedule. You'll be contacted directly if anything is missing. Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email and an invoice for any fees due.
Can I pay my application fee by check?
The application form processes payments through Stripe by default. Contact the WMBR office in advance if you need to arrange another payment method.
How are board members chosen?
The Board of Directors is elected by the WMBR membership. See the Board of Directors page to view current members. Contact the office for details on board nominations and elections.
Where can I find meeting minutes?
Visit the Board Meetings or General Meetings page. Minutes are uploaded after each meeting and downloadable as PDFs.
Who do I contact for help?
Call the WMBR office at 603-733-4748 or email info@whitemountainboard.com.
